Former Head Chef (The Salt Room, Selfridges, The Hermitage) and Level 4 certified Personal Trainer, Josh has now found a place called home in South Newington, Oxfordshire (Banbury / Chipping Norton), where he has united his skills to offer both prepared meals for home delivery and personal training.
His one stop shop approach is set to empower the local community in simple lifestyle changes, when it comes to both nutrition and fitness.
JCFITNUT, an acronym where ‘FIT’ represents the fitness component and ‘NUT’ symbolises the nutrition side, reflecting the dual nature of the business.
FITNESS: HOW IT WORKS
Whether you are a busy professional, in need of a lifestyle change, newbies to fitness, wanting waist lose or body toning, or a mixture of some; Josh can help. First step would be to contact him via Whatsapp. He will then book a consultation to understand more about you and what you are after.
Once the consultation is complete, next is booking an initial meet and greet. Josh will be able gauge your experience and capabilities through questions and exercise tasks. Sessions can then be booked in a frequency you are comfortable with based on time and budget. Training sessions are available at your home (mobile), at Josh’s gym based in OX15 or via Zoom online.
Josh will set goals to help you meet your desired targets. Explaining diet, lifestyle changes and home exercises. He can also support with meal planning and more detailed nutritional advice, tailored completely to you.

Whether you are a busy professional, frantic parent, looking for protein gains, gym enthusiasts or in need of a lifestyle change, or mixture of some; Josh can help. Contact Josh to book in how many meals you would like per week and any dietary considerations for him to tailor to.
Next step he gets cooking. There isn’t a menu per say to choose from, he bases his dishes on his wide reaching expertise in cookery to bring you high protein and other nutritional qualities. He is always open to hear from customers their favourite dishes, to add to his vast range of dishes, likely with a twist for the healthier.
Deliveries are often Tuesday and Friday mornings, and all meals are freeze-able, to be cooked once you need them, or fresh for 3 days, you’re welcome to heat or eat cold.
Have been seeing Josh for PT for a while now with great results, he has tailored exercises to what both myself and my wife have needed at the time with achievable exercises to help us both become fitter. He has helped us with any fitness questions and offered up suggestions we can do in our own time too.
We have also had meals delivered to us by Josh when our daughter was born and to have delicious, healthy, home cooked meals ready to go every week has been a god send for sure. Highlights have been the Katsu curry and the Roast pork.
